Complications of vit.B injections?

I'm a 19 years old girl.don't dream up that I'm anemic but feel tired and frail most of the time.like I've no strength or power.
some friends suggested to have vit.B injections and told me how powerful they r.
I want to know if it's ok to own them only to energise me?and if they'll variety any differance?and what may be the complications of taking them?

Gastric Surgery?, Pernicious Anemia?, Maybe Low In B12 From your Diet? From your Stated Age and Sex, Probably an Iron Deficiency Anemia (From Monthly Blood Loss), I Would Recommend Iron Supplementation Should Be Tried First, Preferably Heme Iron.
