Hun.. don't let your little brother make u abuse your body. The thing about our bodies is that when we starve it goes into a strange mode. It is telling itself that if you starve it then when it gets its hands on food again then its gonna hold on to it since it does not know when its gonna get food next. So if you think that starving is going to do any good.. its actually going to cause your body to hold on to the food that you do eat when you put food in. Eating small regular meals in moderation is better hun. When you get up .. drink a glass of water, then have a slice of all grain toast or something with some tea and an egg. Let your food digest a bit then you can go running or do some cardio. All along making sure to keep your fluids up... drinking water is one of the best things we can do for our bodies hun. After you shower from your work out and feel refreshed eat something like a fruit salad or something light... just do this the healthy way babes and do not let the words of some kid mess with your mind. If you think that you need to shed a bit of pounds then do it gradually..It got there gradually and get it off the same way.
Try not to eat too late at night. Make your last meal be at 6-7 pm and if you get hungry after that then have a fruit or a slice of cheese and water.
Just don't starve urself. You're still growing and if u focus on trying to make the outside look good at the expense of the insides being messed up then you are doing more damage to yourself than you know.
Take the time hun.. anything genuine takes time and you have all the time in the world to shed the weight.. just do it the right way.

dont starve yourself! go to the gym and join a sports team start eating things that are low fat and light before u know it youll be one hot babe!
don;t do that to your body it is not healthy why don't you try limiting yourself to what you eat such as don't eat sugar and eat vegies and meats instead and limit your bread and carb intake
good luck but please don't starve yourself because you can seriously hurt yourself by doing that

EAT SOMETHING! You are doing more harm to your body by not eating then you would be doing by being over weight. Please don't starve yourself. The light headed feeling is because your body needs the fuel that you are depriving it of. What happens when you don't eat? Your body starts to use your muscle tissue as food. Please don't be one of those scary anorexic girls that is just skin and bones. It's not pretty. Don't worry so much about your weight and think more about your health. If you eat well and stay active, you shouldn't have any problems with your weight.
You should look at a recent photo of yourself that you like, and remind yourself how good you look. Brothers are great at making sisters feel inferior and bad about themselves without really trying. They simply don't understand how sensitive girls are about their looks. I bet you have a great figure and the correct BMI for your age and height. Check out your BMI before you go any further down the not eating path. Eating disorders can weaken your heart and other vital organs, they can even lead to death. Talk to a girl friend about how you feel. You are beautiful, with your whole life ahead of you. Enjoy it!
Oh, tell him too stop! You have to eat or you'll get sick! The reason your feeling light headed is because your not eating enough!! Exercising is good but try eating more fruits and vegetables! The thing is when allot of people stop eating and eventually become anorexic they don't realize there body is getting rid of muscle not fat and when they do start eating again they gain weight fast because they already never lost the actual fat! just watch what you eat diet! Don't stop eating your 12 you could be going through a stage! Keep the exercising try playing a sport get active you'll be fine! Good luck
