I need girl help??

Question:

Im 13 years old, and super scared of tampons. But im on my period and my friends pool party is tomorrow. I really don't want to let my friend down. Can anyone help me?

use a pad. stay my the stairs and just put you feet in. if anyone aks say you don't feel like getting you hair wet.

Dont be scared. Almost every girl uses them and they arent scary. I use them. Dont be worried..just relax and use one.

I don't wear thoses things because to me they are uncomfortable but it's maybe ebcause I put it wrong. You don't have to reallly be scared just make sure to change it every 2 hours otherwise you'll end up in the ER

Wearing a tampon really is not that bad...and you don't need to change it every 2 hours. You will NOT end up in the ER. Just make sure you are wearing the correct absorbency. If you want to go into the water, try a tampon again. If not just sit and soak up the sun!

i am 13 yrs old too and i am freakishly scared to put one in and i dont know why but i am too so dont worry ur not alone
