So, if I got it right, due to the fact you havent had your period in 3 months, you assume you have been drugged and raped and are pregannt and cat remember anything...First of all, you have to stop worrying. At your age it is very normal to skip one or more periods. Relax and stop thinking at all the bad things and you period will soon come. You can always go to doc to ease your worries. Everything is fine!
This sounds something serious. First of all be sure and honest to yourself. Are you positive that you are drugged and raped? If yes, you should have felt some pain the next day and should have informed your parents! Anyways since things had happen, go straight to your mum and tell her the truth of what happen. She will understand and help you. Go for a medical check up and that will confirm either you are pregnant or not. If you arent sexually active and got raped you wouldve noticed the next day, there wouldve been blood, pain, and if you noticed something was wrong and waited for 3 months to tell anyone youre an idiot. If you go to the police w/i 48 hours they can not only give you pills for STDs and pregnancy but they can also get DNA of the guy and catch him. All because your period isnt normal doesnt automatically mean youre knockedup. If your 14 you mightve not even really started yet. Sometimes when your that young you'll have a few false starts before the real deal. Your parents are the only ones who would be there for you, as the kids at school will treat you like a whore and your friends at that age are fickle. Tell your mom, a counselor, a Dr, if you seriously think you got raped.
Without making sure you are pregnant, don't tell anybody, even your parents. That is cz you are not sure such thing happened. Why to put them in undue stress? May be you had a vivid dream after taking drugs, it happens.
Make sure that you are not pregnant and you don't have any signs of STD. Though you came out with it pretty late. At least in YA you could have asked earlier!

You poor thing I think you need to go to the police then if that's what happened. Have you thought about taking a pregnancy test yet? Or emergence contraception?
