Just make sure you take along enough pads or tampons for the whole time you are at camp. My advice would be to wear a panty liner or even a pad the whole time you are at camp just in case. If you will be swimming don't worry about getting it while your swimming bc you most likly won't start until done swimming.. hope i helped..

Pack supplies and wear a tampon if you go swimming... you have had a period before, right?!
Do the same thing you normally would.

If not, just pack the stuff just in case and nothing will change.

Have a great trip!
Grown up women go thru this too, you know! We joke all the time that our periods seem to wait until vacation starts! :)

Bring a small package of pads with you. If you have never had a period before, I don't guess you will be able or willing to tackle using a tampon. Just tell your counselor that you are having "that time" and she won't make you swim in the pool/lake. Male counselors also deal with "that time"...don't let them embarrass you.
i had the same problem...you have to check up on it every so often and if u do end up staining ur underwear then rinse it with cold water...ull b fine. good luck!
