They're called montgomery glands, they will "grow" during pregnancy to ready your body to breastfeed. They secrete an oily substance to keep the nipples lubricated and protected from drying out and/or cracking.
omg i have those too, only 2 of them. they are like zits but never go away. but they arent zits? i dunno. hopefully someone does!! :)
