What would happen....?

Question:
what would happen if a female who hasnt even started their period yet inserted a tampon in their vagina and there wasnt any discomfort.......p... my frend told me to ask.

Answers:
Why would you want to anyway? There's an increased risk of contracting TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome), which can be fatal, when using the wrong absorbancy level needed or leaving a tampon in too long. Since your friend is not on her period, no absorbancy is needed, so she's putting herself in a dangerous area. Also, there may not be any discomfort inserting the tampon, but it can be pretty painful to take out a tampon that is still very dry.

I recommend wearing panty liners if you're waiting for your period to start and only using tampons on the days that you have a regular flow.

Hope this helps!
Probably not much.
I hope she removed it right after she inserted it. Using a tampon when you don't have a period can increase a person's chances of getting TSS.
It will also hurt during removal because it hasn't absorbed any liquid.
