How long after pregnancy does it take for your ligaments to go back to normal?

Question: I know that they get softened in pregnancy. Iv just returned to work and i am doing heavy lifting. I had the baby 7 months ago.

Your ligaments will return to normal one year after you had the baby.If your doing heavy lifting I would recomend you use a belt for lifting.If you had a cesarian you should not be lifting at all.sorry.
