hi, im on the pill however i wake up at different times and generally take it batween 8am and 12am always within the 12 hours is this ok to regulraty do?

so long as its a combined pill it is okay to be up to 12 hours out with the dosage times. However if it is a progesterone only pill it must be within 2 hours.

No, you should take it within the same two to three hour period. While you probably have some pregnancy protection, it's not as good as it would be if you took it at the same time every day. Plus, allowing your hormones to yo-yo like that on a daily basis can really wreak havoc with your cycle.
