How would your blood sugars affect your vaginal odors or dishcarges?

Question:

iam a dibetic and my dibetes is under control, my last a1c was only 5, and my dr said it was tightly controlled. but i was recently told that if your sugars are high that means you lose proteins and when you lose protiens you can emit a very smelly odor from your vagina, does anyone have anymore info on this?

IDK about the proteins, but you can definitely get a lot of yeast infections in diabetes. there is a product on the market called rephresh that helps maintain normal vaginal ph. It is kinda pricey though, about $13 for 12 days of use, each applicator lasts 3 days
