are you pregnant? If not it may be the first sign or depression, or just not enough rest
ask your doctor if youre anemic, exercise and eat right, and make sure you have a comfy bed so you sleef well every night for 8 hours.good luck!(remember to take vitamins)
Try adding more exercise to your life, get active to get awake.
You don't eat right, or your just lazy
Make sure you are getting enough sleep for your age. Try to go to bed earlier
Do cardio.. eat veggies, and fruits... and sleep for 8-10 hours..
my mom's got this thing called hypo thyroid that makes you really tired all the time. it also causes hair loss.
Maybe stress, work, age, or something that may be bothering you, either that or you are really lazy and have no stamina when running up 2 stars, no offense, but just a thought
You need a B-12 shot and definately get a blood test for your thyroid right away.
You could be anemic or have an iron deficiency or both. Take vitamins and see if it helps.
maybe you should try sleeping!
could be a few things;
-lack of exercises
-bad eating habits
-or thyroid.
try eating better and exercising more if that doesnt help then go to the doctors to have your thyroids checked.
stress is sometimes a problem with tierdness either that or you work yourself to hard
maybe you have been at work to long
i could depend on a number of things ... you could just be over worked or there could be a medical explination such as anemia ... i cant say as i dont have enough information but you should go see your doctor
Sweetie maybe you need iron pills, Have you ever thought about getting your iron checked, To see if you have low iron
i have the same problem. it could be your thyroid..or .it could be ur eating habits. maybe both!
Two of the biggest reasons why I know someone might be tired all the time is because they either microwave food that kills all nutrients in the food or lack of sleep.
I had the same problem , but i don't eat microwave food at all now and I have a lot of energy again. I mean a lot where now I don't sleep till 1 or 2 AM lol
like we would know...honey it could be a number of things
not enough sleep
over worked
need more vitamins
non stop sex lol(it was one of the answers thought it was funny)
Back away from the computer screen, back away from the stew pot, give up caffeine, go to bed earlier, turn off the tv, shut off the cell phone, tell your boss "no overtime for me", get regular exercise, get a regular intake of fiber. All this will help.
Maybe you're stressed out. Could be too much work or too much worrying or not enough sleep or vitamins. Its alot of factors to look at. HOPE I COULD HELP YOU
that is kind of a vague question.it could be a medical issue, like epstein barr syndrome, or mononucleosis, or it could be that you aren't eating enough in a day to keep your energy up. are you extreme dieting? (like less than 900-1000 calories a day?) that was my problem, i was eating about 600 calories a day, and exercising like crazy. i had absolutely no energy, could barely make it through the day. also, it could be the way you are sleeping, possibly you aren't getting into REM sleep long enough to get some true rest at night. your mattress could be to blame, or maybe you snore or grind your teeth without realizing it. all these things can have an effect on your energy levels during the day.
Hi.
It´s really difficult to give a sensible answer when you don´t give any background info! We don´t know if you have sleeping problems, don´t have enough iron in your blood, are tired as a result of over training, lack of the B vitamins or something else?
The best thing is to get in touch with a doctor and have him/her check you out.
Make sure you are eating a well balanced diet. You should also take multivitamin, try taking one in the morning with breakfast and on with dinner. Make sure you pick a multivitamin that has all the vitamins.
Good luck!
