I have cramps that go from my tummy all the way down my legs. It's awful!

I kind of hurt all over when I have mine, not to mention I'm moody, bloated and headachy.
I never have cramps in my knees....but then periods are for you women.

i get pains all down my legs.
it sucks big time.
just start taking tylonel or advil a couple days before you expect your period and you should be fine.
My right leg goes numb, so kinda.

But I do know that young women are more prone to knee injuries due to hormones that make their joints all wonky so there is a connection between hormones and knees. You are not crazy. :)
wow! i thought nobody else had crampy knees... yea, i do( on my period). it hurts to walk then.
