im acheerleader and i work out all the time but it dont work ! can u help

atkins diet, low carb no sugars or starches....
Exersize and eat healthy
Eat right High Protein, High fiber, no Tran fats! Drink tea and try replacing a meal with soy protein.
its good that your active, and make sure you stay just as active, if not more. if it really concersn you, watch what you eat, as well as whats in what u eat. organic and natural foods are alot better for you also. keep eating regularly, thats for sure. its not a bad idea to eat less, but just make sure that you remember to eat SOMETHING. becuz if you eat uneven amounts of food your body will get confused and store that extra food as extra fat. so my advice is to keep active, and eat healthily. good luck! i hope i helped :)

a safe vegetarian diet is always a smart way to go. the "fake" meat is far more better for you, and still has the protein you need. even if you don't rule out all meat, healthy eating is easier to do with veg. and organic food.
