i have excessive sweating down there and my pants always be wet. ASlo 4 sum reason my underwear is always stained. i used a femine spray and tried baby powder but i still sweet. help idk wat to do

You should consider consulting your doctor about your problem just in case it is something abnormal.

stop using feminine sprays for a start. I doubt it's sweat that you're experiencing. It'll either be a normal discharge, which is having to work overtime to clean cos of the products you're using, or I suspect it's possibly abit of a small case of incontinence. A few pelvic floor exercises would help with that if it is the case.

As gross as it sounds I would suggest you smell it and see what it is. If it smells than maybe you've just got a simple infection and need to get some anti biotics.
