Help, I need to lose alot of weight and I cant stick to diets?

dont take pills it could back fire i think just go to the gym once or twice a week for 2-3 hours run the tredmill do some light weights and some sti ups and push ups go swimming and do laps for 1 hour go for light runs round the block every day

uh its easy excersize. and if you cant give up food you like "replace it" with heathier stuff like bread.. istead of white bread or w.e its called use whole grain.. or cerial just sleep in realy late so you dont need to eat breakfrast. ha sounds gay but yahh just try it orr beyonce used this thing lemondae diet idk just google it sounded intreseting
I would think that if you needed to lose a large amount of weight like that you really should go see a dietitian and spring for a personal trainer.they know what to do.
