How old are you? When you say belly that could mean anywhere in your lower torso. You need to be more specific and if you are worried about getting pregnant then you should be using birth control and if you don't know the difference between a stomach ache, loose bowels, and pregnancy then maybe you should educate yourself a little before trecking into the great unknown of sexual intercourse. Pregnancy doesn't usually present itself as painful and the only part of your belly that will be effected is the part that upchucks for three months and the part that grows progressively larger throughout the pregnancy.
