If you have a primark near you, there have some great padded bra, it is like a jelly pad inside tht can be taken out and used inside your other bras because most bras now adays have the slots in the side for them. Also h&m have really good padded bras. Tell your cousin to avoid using padded/push-up/wonder bras and use sports bras or if she doesn't like them then use nrml bras with the thinner fabric.

Girl you need to grow up. Your selfsteem is very low. Start realizing that when people meet you or think of you, they don't think about how small your boobs are.
I used to have the same problem, and now that I look back I just think about how stupid i was and how much time i spent worrying about something that really doesn't matter.
I tell you that it doesn't matter because if you ever meet a guy, if he really loves you he will love every part of your body. I'm only a B. I'm happy with what I have. Sure, anybody will like a C but in life it really doesn't matter (unless you want to be a stripper).
So don't waste time thinking about how to make your boobs bigger. Be happy with who you are. Rock your body the best way you can. Don't wear padded bras bc sooner or later everyone will know.
