I have a denim pillow thingy filled with rice that my mom gave me. You put it in the microwave for 5 minutes, and It works really well. The only problem is that I dont know where she got it.

Movement helps. It doesn't have to be sweaty aggressive exercise (I know period week I hate the thought of all that movement and ugh!) but even just walking or something like that will help. Warm showers also work very well or those thermacare heating patches. although im not a big fan of heating patchings or packs. (the can cause very bad burns if you r not careful) if u do use this do 10 mins on 10 mins off. and if u start to feel flushed or too warm b sure to take it off. ive also found that a massage helps (at least me anyways) and lastly, tampons can sometimes help ease cramps.

exersize.. truly.. sounds like the last thing you want to do but it works...and a little accupressure trick for really bad ones, just below your nose where the center "divider" of your nostrils meets your lip, if you feel it, ther is a there is like a harder area in there, when having a cramp, squeeze it til it's a little uncomfortable but not really ouchie, and hold it, for like a minute. the relief is amazing. If it still hurts after you let go, do it for awhile longer.. it REALLY works if done properly, not a joke i promise. also works if you have the flu and you have the opposite of vomiting!! lol

heating pad, hot water bottle things like that. if ur on the go, therma care makes heat things that stick to ur underwear that really help. mine were so bad 1 time my mom had to boil water till it was scalding hot, soak a towel in it and put it on me. ouch!

I used to wrap a heating pad in a towel, turn it on medium, crawl in the bed, and literally wrap myself around it. It did ease the cramps. Hope you feel better!
