Period question?
Question:

There really isnt much they can do about that. Most teenagers are like that cause their bodies are still getting used to the fact that you have a period. It wont start getting normal till your in your early twenties. Birth control is pretty much the only thing they can give you. Although there is a tea.its disqusting but if you really want to get your period it will do the trick.

My 16 yr old sister uses it...works everytime.
You're still pretty young. Actually a week early or a week late isn't that serious. Are you dieting a lot and exercising heavily? That might be a factor.
I'm 18 and had that same problem. About 3 weeks ago I went to the doctor because I WANTED to be on birth control to fix it. I just started YAZ birth control (it's a low dose one) but so far have had NO problems. No break through bleeding, sickness or anything and now I'll know when I'm going to have my period. To regulate it otherwise I don't know. Go to your doctor and see what he/she says. Doctor's are here to help, don't be scared.
Short of getting on birth control, I don't believe there is much to be done to regulate your periods. I know this sucks, but irregular periods are not dangerous.just a big bother. As you get older, they will regulate a little bit by themselves, but they most likely will never regulate fully. I'm 37 and if mine comes approximately every month, I'm lucky. Then again, I've had three kids and that changes things too.
I think its normal, not many people get it right on the 30 day spot.
It just comes at random times for different people. You may see a doctor if you wish. I don't think its a big issue. It could be due to stress, weight loss/gain, etc.
