How old were you when you first got ur period?

I got lucky when i got mine. I was sick from school. and my period was very very light

I was nine when i started and i lucked out i get a very light, only 3-4 day period.

12... I remember because i was at school and i was afraid to tell my mom and i started crying when i got home.!!

I was 13. Mine was bad when I started. They said I started to early for my body and it literaly ran down my legs...I couldnt stand up or it would go everywhere. I had to stay in the hospital for like a whole day untill they gave me a depo shot or whatever its called. That was the weirdest thing ever lol. Never happened again and now I just have a period for 2 or 3 days max~!

I was about 12. I was at the skating rink with my father; and I had on a pink skirt. When I got home he told my mother about a spot of blood on the back of my skirt. I didn't even know it at the time. He knew what was happening.

I was 10, and I remember being soooo embarrassed. It started on the weekend fortunately and my mom was way cool about it. She just kept saying she didn't expect for me to be getting it at such an early age. I did everything early though, I wore a size 34B bra when I was in the 4th grade, for crying out loud! As you can imagine, the boys really liked teasing me. And I reached my full height of 5'5" by 5th grade.

I got mine 4 days after my 13th birthday...a month ago

15 and the worst part is i was on VACATION not only vacation but i was with my friend on her FAMILY VACATION...i was sooo embarrassed i dont wanna talk about it :(... but its a part of life!!

I got mine like, 3 months after my b-day! I was on holidays fortunately for me!

Got mine at 11...Super bad timing...got it at 5th grade camp!! I didnt told Anyone...Just walk around with red spot on my jean...really embarrassing. lol. But I finally got home and my mom helped me a lot. =D
