I've always had really heavy flows...It's fine when I'm not out, but when I am it gets quite annoying. I hate to miss out on something fun because of my period. I wear a tampon, and a pad to prevent leakage, and change the tampon every hour or so. Is there any way to not have to change my tampon every hour, especially when I'm out shopping, or at a movie? Or, naturally lighten the flow of my period with food, or advil? It's embarassing to have to tell friends 'I have to go to the bathroom...again' especially when they're guys and wonder why I'm going so much. Anyone have tips, how do you deal with heavy flows, or your period in general?

now i dont no if this will lighten ur flow but it sure as heck gives u an easier period. its called, evening primrose oil. it comes in gel caplets. im not exactly sure where u can get it but my mom said she THINKS that u might can get it at walmart. A family member ordered it from a health place...ok, i found it. just go to this link. u might can find it cheaper i really dont no. but i hope this helps..the second 1 is cheaper i think.good luck.
