Question:
So about two weeks ago I had sex w/o a condom. Ive only slept with this one guy and from what i know (can tell lol) hes only been w me. I was on day 16 of my cycle and not on bc pills. So about 5 days later my lower abdomen began to hurt. I figured it was a uti bc i usually get those. All i do is drink cranberry juice and take azo pills. The pain never went away. So then my vagina began itching very very badly. So i began using vagisil. That still never went away. Today the "lips" are swolen and very unusual looking. I dont know what is wrong w me!!!! I also may be pregnant which i am worried about! (I took 2 tests today from dollar tree came up neg. but may have been too early bc i havent missed a period yet). So I dont know what is wrong w me! Any ideas? HELP PLEASE.
Also tomorow i plan on going either to the gyno (which ive never been too b4 im 18) or my regular doctor.
My period is supposed to come from today-sunday.

Sounds like you have a yeast infection. GO see a doc and get it checked out. You can see your regular doc for this. SInce you are 18 and sexually active you now need a yearly pap and pelvic exam so make an appointment to get that done too when you make the emergency appointment for your current problem.
It's always best to consult a doctor.. not a bunch of dumb/\sses on Yahoo.
yeast infection, at the least. Could be an STD. And, might be pregnant, if tenderness of the breasts is any indication (and it was for me!!). Have they grown (your boobs).
Anyways, what the hell do you expect when you have sex with some guy with no condom and no birth control? Didn´t you go to school?

First i have to tell you, i am surprised that ANYBODY would have sex without a condom with someone before they both get tested for STD'S and also somemone who is not committed to you. Are you crazy? Dont you love your life. Do you know that from that one careless encounter you could either have herpes, syphilis, clamidia, or god forbid, HIV. oh, and lets not forget pregnancy. WHY WHY WHY WHY. Young people stop being so stupid, your life is worth more than a damn boy.
Anyway, to answer you question, your breasts could be tender due to your period, thats normal, it could also be cause u r pregnant.
You may have developed an infection from his dirty penis, HENCE THE ITCHING, or he could have carried the trait from another girl he slept with and passed it to you. he will not show signs cause men are not affected, but they can pass it on.
Imagine, he carried another girls nasty vagina juices to your vagina and also the nasty juices fron the guy that other girl may have slept with.EEEEEEEKKKKK. WHEN YOU HAVE SEX WITH SOME ONE WITHOUT A CONDOM, YOU SLEEP WITH EVERYBODY else THEY SLEPT WITH TOO. remember that.
sounds to me like u may be pregnant and possibly have an STD.. u may want to get checked asap!
