Fast Metabolism?
Well my friends tell me i have a fast metabolism and i think so too. I wanted to know like what types of foods should i eat besides shakes that i can eat to gain weight. Does being very skinny affect breast growth. Does the weight gain pills actually work. Thank you for the answers.

I wouldn't worry too much. Every woman in America would like to have your metabolism. Just eat nutritious foods, stay away from sugars (besides being just plain bad for you, they'll just increase your metabolism and then drop you like a hot potato). It will not hurt your growth. It simply means that you will probably eat more times than the average person (it also means that your friends won't want to hang out with you, as eating with you will put more weight on them). You can eat heavier foods than everyone as that will help carry you through the day. Believe me, nothing is worse than running out of food and finding yourself so hungry that you could chew on someone else's arm. (been there, done that).
Eat things like peanut butter, (I eat sandwiches for breakfast) this way, I'm not starving an hour and a half later. Carry stuff with you, trail mix, nuts, bananas (if you can). The world is your oyster - barring anything that you may have aversions to, you can eat anything you want. Enjoy it and if you feed yourself good foods, you'll still have it in your 50's, 60's etc.
Is wearing a audible range aids something to be ashamed roughly speaking?
strength training and a high protien diet.
Limit your intake of fiber which is in vegetables like broccoli and certain grains. Eat more protein and red meats.
How can so many woman know so little about their periods?
If ur not under weight then don't worry about it but if u r then maybe just eat a tiny bit more then what ur usually eat but make sure u stay active too.
