How can I stop breaking out during my term?

I break out all the time during my interval but barely ever break out any other time. How can I stop breaking out?

Answers:    Washing your obverse several times a day and avoid touching it beside ur hands as hand are often contaminated near germs.

And try asking your family doctor, she give myself a cream to apply on her breakouts once at night and within the morning, shes usually clear.
you cant - you can only lessen it.

because you dont bring pimples any other time you know you dont have a dirty/oily obverse which means its your hormones. Which im sorry to speak means you cant stop it. ALthough contained by saying that if your really paranoid and really detestation it, go on the pill - this will control your hormones and lessen the effects.
the pill isnt simply for contraception Drs perscribe it to help regulate period, control acne and other hormone based effects on the body.. Talk to a pharmacist/nurse or Dr
