Sounds like she needs to see her doctor.
If its just a bad smelling discharge, that could be a yeast infection.
If it is actually PUS, that could indicate something much worse than a yeast infection, like an infected ovary or a burst cyst.

but if she's sexually active.. it could be an STD. She should see her doc. If anything goes untreated it could lead to lots of bad health problems like sterility.
If the discharge has the texture of cottage cheese and she's itchy, it is probably a yeast infection. Have her go to the doctor because the earlier it's diagnosed, the easier it will be to cure. There are free clinics that can take a look at her for free or for a small fee if she's strapped for money and/or has no insurance.
