Nair for men sensitive is good for that type of area. It won't hurt you but make sure you use it correctly. Read the instructions.

well i couldnt shave my legs either until i was in 8th grade. my mom also didnt let me but i took a stand.i went to walgreens nd bought myself some razors. i shaved nd she was a little mad but eventually she got over it. now i dont kno the type of mom u have but mine was a very strict one. u should probaly talk to her nd tell her how u feel.if she doesnt listen still den go to the store nd ask for hair removal cream.ur mom said u cant shave but she never said u cant ur cream to get rid of them. good luck =]
Well, talk to your mother and state your case. If she worries that you'll hurt youself compromise with a cream (I reccomend Nair Pretty). If she allows you to shave try a Venus Breeze (I love mine!) Ask your mother WHY she doesn't want you to shave and when she started shaving. If no such luck and you are left hairy try to be glad that you don't have that extra 10 minutes in the shower! Lotions can help minimize the appearance of hair ( I really like Pna Colata by Bath and Body Works!) Good Luck... it doesn't matter what people think... (one thing that realy gets to moms is if you tell her that you feel nervous and self concious... she'll feel guilty! hehe dirty but it works!)
Tell her that most girls shave... tell why you want to shave... convince her that you should be able to... use veet or nair or just use a razor...

Try explaining to her how embarssing it is for you to have hairy legs.
Your best options would be to try a hair remover such as Nair. Its a small bottle that can be kept hidden pretty easily.
Or you could do the same with a razor...they're even smaller than a bottle of Nair.
Or you could do it at a friend's house so there's no "evidence" of your defiance of such completely stupid rules.

when you go to your friends house use their razors to shave if you are too worried about your mom noticeing that you shave do it anyways and tell her you hating not be able to do it and it was just unbearable

if its before 13 then you have a bit of an argument of why you should
and if it was after 13 she might not feel its right that you get to shave before she got too
its your body, she cant stop you from shaving or using hair removal products
go up to your mom and show her your armpit hair and go mom i'm not little forever and you need to realize that! i need to shave!
Hair removal cream is the easiest to disguise but don't put any on your head.

You could use nair and veet there really good products that you can use with out a razor but becareful no to each before using and may have a bad odor when poured but works
