My husband and I never avoid sex while I'm on my period. It's just as enjoyable, if not more, than it usually is. For me it doesn't get too messy, but for some people it can, so this is either a great time to try shower sex or you can put a towel under the two of you so you don't make a permanent mess.

I've never had sex in my life, so I can't say much, but is the guy so horny as to want it when you're bleeding down there? Tell him to hold it! It only takes a week at most to end the period, darn it.
not embarassing at all, I´ve done it with my bf during my period and it helps me lots it helps cramps go away and I feel better in those days, just put a towel or something below, it could get messy, but not that much trust me. And he shows you how uch he loves u cause he doens´t find unpleasent all the blood thing.

yes, and it hurt really bad, and you should be embaresed if you tell him before hand, but if you dont tell him and you start having sex and then he discovers it he might get grossed out, with me my boyfriend didnt mind
