My Period..Weight questions.?
I was warned that when you get your period you gain like 10 pounds and go op like 3 szies in jeans i am 15 and weigh 100lbs 5'4''?..is this a true fact.. i just got my period today and i don't feel any changes at all no bloating , no cramps, nothing is this a good sign?

Thats silly. You dont gain like 3 sizes just because you get your period. Once you get your periods, over time, you will develop hips which will make you a little bigger but it is gradual and is not 3 sizes. If you go on the contraceptive pill- it may cause you to gain a pound or two.
Your lucky you don thave cramps. Everybody is different, to keep away from cramps and bloating, eat healthy, exercise and drink plenty of water.
Is this your first time? Just wondering, but I wouldn't worry. I'm 15, and I never get my period that badly and don't gain wait or have bad cramps or anything. The only change I notice is the week before, I'l egt a few pimples. Anyway, I wouldn't worry. Remember, things are different for each person. :)

I have never heard of someone gaining 10lbs from their period. 3 or 4 at the most and that is mostly water unless you pig out during that time. In that case the weight will stay with you unless you work it off.
You mean gain weight after getting your period for the first time? NO, if it was true then suddenly all the 10- 16 year olds would be swelling up daily. This is a time when growth is commen anyway so if you do gain weight its not because of periods.
ummm enjoy that for today the first nite i got my period,everything was going good no cramps no pains wat so eva but the next day oh ma god things are going to be misreable!and the weight thing is ridiculous u dnt gain 10lbs or3 sizes.

Weird time of year interrogate, please answer?
10 pounds and 3 sizes is a bit dramatic... your jeans might feel a bit tighter every month around your period, and you may weigh up to a pound more. You're retaining water. You might be like me and not even notice it. Don't worry!
