Having sex, bleeding and alot of pain?

My friend had sex with this guy that has a huge man hood and she said that it hurt like hell during and after intercourse. She said that when they were done she was bleeding really bad(no she is not on her period and no she is not a virgin). They have only had sex twice and she said that it hurt the second time and after she described it as "if someone to a knife and stabbed her down there" thats how bad it was bleeding! And for the past 2 days she's been in pain. What happened?

If she's not lubricated enough, there can be pain. If he's thrusting too deeply and he's that big, he could be bumping her cervix. They need to slow down.

he is stretching her too quickly before her vagina has time to widen itself, and it probably caused a tear in her vaginal wall. Is she not getting the foreplay she needs to become well lubricated? She may need a lot of extra foreplay for this guy. Also recommend using an artificial lubricant such as Astroglide which can help minimize tears. But i would tell her to wait until her vagina has fully healed before trying again because if the tear is still there it can reopen. She should wait a couple weeks after she stops bleeding.
