As long as he had the condom on the entire time, and no pre-ejaculate got inside you, your chance of being pregnant is like 1%. The chances of you being pregnant are very, very small. Especially if he was wearing the condom correctly and only put the tip in, and he didn't put his penis near your vagina before he put the condom on.
I wouldn't worry about it.
