How do I lose 2 inches quickly?

Question:
Okay... so I normally have a 24 in waist.. and right now it's 26 inches... I'm PMSing (not to gross out n.e. guys).. and I really want to just go back down... School starts in 2 weeks and I really do not want to be all bloated and fat... so... any suggestions?

Answers:
This is a really great detox diet that I've tried in the past. You're supposed to be able to lose 5-10 lbs in the three days that it lasts, but when I did it for the first time, I drank only green tea (instead of the recommended black coffee), and lost 15 lbs. You can do this healthfully because you're just flushing your body of all the extra water weight, and how much you lose depends on how much water you're holding. Just follow the menu exactly and you should lose all that water weight! You won't be hungry, but some of the foods are not extremely tasty, but it evens it out by giving you good foods like melon and even a bit of ice cream.

You will go down after your period is over, so no need to worry :)

Edit... Now that I come back and look at what Tiff posted, I would recommend the diet she mentioned because I have done something very similar to it called the Mayo Clinic Diet for 2 weeks and I lost about 18 lbs!
That happens to me every month. I bought one pair of pants in a 0 for when it happens so i have so wigle room. it will go down.
