My period.?

Question:
usally my periods last around for or five days.
but i am going on the 8th day.
is this normal or bad?
iam 13.

Answers:
This is normal since you're first starting. Usually when you first start your period, it is irregular. Sometimes the flow is heavier or lighter, and last from either a very short amount of time, or slightly longer.

If your period is still heavy on the eighth day, it is vitally important for you to see a gynecologist. However, if your period is light (your tampon/pad doesn't have that much blood in it), on your eighth day, this signifies that it is going away.

Heavy in the beginning and light at the end is what is normal. If it's light right now, you're safe. :) Don't worry.
Normal, especially when you are young it is completely normal to have irregular periods.
It is definitely normal at your age to have an irregular period. You body is getting used to the increased hormones and hasn't gotten into a normal cycle. I know when I was young I would go months between periods. I actually had to take birth control to get onto a normal cycle.
