Why do my boobs feel heavy?

I'm 17, 5'9 and 113 pound. I'm not sexually active at all. Right now my breast are 34A sometimes a B. But they have been feeling heavy. My period is not coming soon though. Are they growing?

I hold breakthrough bleeding but am not due to start my extent for another week?
