You shouldn't feel embarrassed - just tell your mom that you have hair in your armpits. If she doesn't automatically offer to let you start shaving, tell her that you're embarrassed by the hair and that you would like to start shaving. She went through it to, so she'll understand. :)
just ask your mom how to shave them and she will be excited to explain it to you i promise and then tell her you want to start shaving yours. nothing to be embarressed about. good luck!
First give subtle signs that you wanna shave. For example, cut some pubes off and show your friends. Make your decision based off their reaction.
If that doesn't work shave them anyway.
i just started shaving and i sat my mom down privitly and told her how i felt. You know like i'm starting to feel uncomforble showing my legs in public and was wondering if she could teach me how to shave if thats okay with her.
Borrow her razor a few times and when she aks why, tell her. That way she brings it up and you tell her, making the situation less uncomfortable (and you mom will think this is a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 of embarassing topics)
There's no reason why you need to tell your mom about this. Just go to your local supermarket and buy your own razor.
But if you do talk to her, she'll totally understand, welcome to womanhood.

watch t.v. with her untill a razor comercial comes up and then show LOTS of intrest in it... ask her if she tryed that kindda razor before and if it was good... then after she ansers if she doesn't bring it up right away tell her u wanna try shaving...
why would you be embarassed?? she is your mom and she had to tell her mom once too. she will understand.
If you are old enough to have hair in your armpits, then you should be old enough to shave without asking anyone.
If you need to ask your mom because you are very young and you need for her to buy you a razor then hopefully she is the kind of mom who understands about these kinds of things and encourages her young daughter to be well groomed and clean.
You really do need to keep them shaved in order to control odor and to apply deodorant easier, to wear shirts that may reveal your armpits.
She may not even be aware that you have armpit hair if she hasn't mentioned to you that you need shaving. I have two boys, but if I had a girl, she wouldn't have to ask me, I would buy her, her own pink razor at the first sign of underarm hair.
