Pill+Me= SICK AS A DOG!?

I have several friends who have had the same experience with the pill that you have had. It seems that some women just can't handle the extra hormones for whatever reason. One of my friends swears by her IUD and has had no problems with it. Other prescription non-hormonal options are diaphragm and cervical cap. These have to be inserted before sex and removed afterwards, but do not affect sensation. For non-prescription non-hormonal, I believe the Today sponge is back on the market. This is a sponge saturated with spermicide that is inserted like a tampon and is effective for a 24 hour period, even if you have sex more than once.
Good luck!

do you WANT children? Don't worry about money. If God blesses you with Children then you'll also be blessed with the means to support them. you don't have the money now, but then you don't have kids now either. I ask people with kids this - do your kids need to worry about where their food and shelter is coming from? Well no - they take care of them. Same thing. God takes care of us just the same. If you want kids, have kids. Don't worry about the money. It'll take care of itself. I never worry about it. It's not worth worrying about.
The pill is very harmful to your body. Not everyone can tolerate medications. I have severe nerve pain and there's a medication for that - Neurotin or Lyrica and it helps with the pain - other people can take it just fine, but it caused me severe problems and I had to quit. some people can't take meds at all.
Does your husband want kids. IF yes, then have kids, if no then he needs to use a condom.
See i know u dont want children at present...but by high consumption of these pill's u will damage ur bio logical system and as a result ur reproductive system.and then when u want to have children u wont be able to.coz then u will be suffering frm infertility...so stop the intake of these pills as soon as possible.
It sounds like you need a very low hormone birth control. I would try something like Lo-Overal, or Apri. I had a similar experience to yours when I was on a high hormone birth control and when I was switched to a lower dose, the problems dissapeared. I wouldn't mess with the depovera shot. I've known a lot of people that have gone on that and gained a lot of weight. The symptoms are sometimes the same too as being on birth control. You can also talk to your gyno about other options.
