go to your doctor. he's there if you any health concerns, even if they are false alarms.
It really depends. Headaches can mean allot of different things. I get headaches when I'm starting to menstruate and can't get rid of it until I'm over it. My doctor told me if light bothers you and it hurts to touch your hair, then it is a sinus headache. If this becomes more constant, it could also be high blood pressure. I get a headache if I forget to have my coffee in the morning. Or even sometimes if I'm constantly changing atmospheres, (going from air conditioned to hot air, and back and forth). Good luck. If it keeps you from any daily functions, I'd contact your doctor if I was you.
It sounds like either a hangover or a migrane, they can last days, but if it's worrying you see your GP

Try talking to a pharmacist at boots or somewhere similar.
You may have a migraine.
Migraines are just like headaches, only more extreme, they tend to last longer, light can affect a migraine, migraines tend to be in one area of the head, migrianes are often triggered by 'triggers.'
'Triggers' are often foods that our body reacts too. Some people experience migraines after too much chocolate, or a certain type of chocolate, cheeses etc.
Start b treating this migraine with some 'Migraleve' that you can get over the counter at a pharmacy, ask the pharmacist for instructions on taking them. They explain that there is 2 colours, one which needs to be taken as an attack starts, and the other is during an attack. It may take a while to clear, but it will eventually.
When you have rid yourself of this migraine, try to figure out what triggered it and avoid do much of it in future.
