I want to lose 15 pounds by New Years?

Question:
I'm 5'2" and weight 132. i'd like to lose 15 pounds by New years so i have about 5 months
i like working about but i'm not very good at dieting...
if i start working out and just try to control my portions better, without cutting out complete food groups and things like that, do you think it is a reasonable goal?
and what sort of work outs should i do. I like riding my bike a lot and pilates, is this enough?

Answers:
Don't diet then. Just make some simple changes that you can keep that will help you lose weight.

Add some proteins like eggs, turkey and walnuts which are much healthier for you and will keep you fuller longer.

As long as you stick to a healthy diet and exercise, losing 15 pounds in 5 months seems fairly reasonable. You may lose more depending on how well you stick to it.
