Its not your job to do anything for her really other than respect her and be kind. Personally I hate feet and if someone has a fetish of having their feet played with, to bad, why isn't it good enough to respect my DISLIKE of feet. Why should I give in to their love of feet?
Go for a compromise, tell her you'll rub them occassionally when they are clean and dry. Or tell her its her job to do something she wouldn't want to do, like lick your anus and suck on your scrotum. Sorry if that offends some people, but I really do hate feet and I think they are often vile, especially when they smell.
To me, no toes should be sucked or kisses once they are over a year old. (I say this as I love my son's feet, he's 2 months old).
To give pleasure to your partner you must do whatever pleases her/ him the most. If her feet smell a lot tell her to wash them before you rub, kiss and suck them. I am sure she will do it willingly.
NB: Are her nails well clipped, and feet well taken care of?? If her feet smell, show her the way to the shower. And you can also decide whether to put her upside down (careful not to drwown her) and proceed to the usual duty.

Now, I said that because I have a weakness for feet. Lots of people are closed to the idea and that's fine with me. But, dude she was open enough to ask you, please be open enough with her to at least try it. If your biggest concern if foot smell, you can always give her a foot bath before you start the rub. Some times just a sniff will do me in. The idea is to love her, that is in everything I do for my girl. Even when she lets me attend to her feet.
At times I just see my girls feet and something about them just makes me want to rub them. I don't know maybe it's just the feel they give my hands when I do this.
I'll say the time spent feeling them, yes and at times holding them up to kiss every toe. Stopping now and then to suck one as a means of saving a moment. That is time given to another for their stress release of the day.
