What medication is best for chronic lower back pain?

Question:
I have done physical therapy and have slept on the floor for 2 years now. I have a great bed and would like to use it

Answers:
If you get an excersize ball it works great to stretch on, or theres a back press at the gym I use for mine, it strengthens my back and I havent had any pain in awhile. I have bulging disks. Also theres this stuff by Melaleuca, its called pain a trate it works great and its all natural. Doesnt really smell horrible like Icy hot either. Medicine is bad on your liver, but i've heard alternating tylenol and motrin to be effective.

Other Answers:
This is not medication. But why not try yoga for the back to strengthen it.
I fortunatly do not have back probs but I swear by it.

Good luck
Last year, I was introduced to an AMAZING all natural wellness system by a very close friend of mine. I am 43 years old, and I have been taking blood pressure meds for 6 years. Since I have been using the product, I am becoming healthier every day! I no longer need to take blood pressure medication, and my 18 year stretch of chronic low back and hip pain is completely gone thanks to this amazing product.
