Nursing networking groups?

Wondering how to get in touch with nursing groups across the nation or in various regions. Any help appreciated, thanks!

I was just thinking the same thing! With the Internet now it would be great to be able to connect with other nurses to find out the differences in practise in different parts, all around the world and unite as nurses. I was just about to post a questions to see if I could find people would wanted to email and share nursing stories and such, so if you find one let me know, and I will keep a look out too!
