If someone is unconcious they are said to be knocked out, when they come back are they knocked in? :)?

Question:
I know its stupid but hey I'm all out of answers so amuse me. Please take my ex, dress her up you can take her anywhere.

Answers:
No, they are just conscious again. This question did make me laugh. Its a bit like the saying when you are pregnant you are knocked up so when the baby is born are you knocked down, I think when you have a baby you are more like knocked out for a while

Okay, you are bored! Please refrain from any further questions until such time that you can be somewhat intelligent. PS - you can have your ex, but, ah...what are you doing! lol
