What is the best way to help heal a pulled muscle?


Question:
I"m a dancer and I went down the wrong way which caused me to pull a thigh muscle. I can still walk but it just hurts really bad. I have to perform Thursday and Friday. What should I do?

Answers:
get yourself some arnica oil.
Rub that into the muscle and just let the muscle rest...
Do Not GO AND DANCE!!!
in the long run it will be better for you if you took some time off and gave the muscle time to heal properly...
Not much you can do takes awhile for it to heal. Try using a heat pad on it. and maybe some sort of muscle relaxant pills or something for inflammation
