Do You Sleep With The Light On Or Off?

Question: I Know this question would have been asked so many times but personally i wanna know why i sleep with mine on i know i can fall asleep with it off but i just cant seem to shake with leaving it on. lol i know im 28, i was never like this as a kid always was off. Hmm bad experiences screws ya up i think.

Answers:
OFF, pitch black. No T.V. No Radio. I do have to have my fan on. Even in the winter time. I just cant sleep without that noise!!

OFF but have SEVERAL nightlights all through the house. For the kids!

MY 2 older kids have to have the RADIO on ALL NIGHT LONG! They get that from their father & his sister!

I keep one little lamp on all the time; I think I've always done this because I have to where glasses/contacts and I wouldn't be able to find my glasses if I need to get up without it.

I can see light though my eyelids and cant sleep, and its not good for your eyes. Definately off.

I like to sleep when the light is off ofcourse but I hate to be my bed room completely dark because when I wake up and see that it is completely dark I feel worried.
