What are the benefits of going to bed early and waking up early?


Question:
I always hear that one should wake up early every day even on weekends and vacations. Why is this, and is it truly beneficial to my body? Because right now, I have been staying up 'til like 3:30 AM and getting up at 2:30 PM. Is this unhealthy?

i dont noe if its unhealthy or what..but i also doing this.i will slp late and wake up late 2..but i believe that at the end of the day as long as i get enuff slp and i can function normally i dont see that as a problem..

I think you will have more of a healthy life when you have the benefits of being up during the day and making sure you have sunshine. Also the way of the world is easier to adapt to if you adopt the norm. Frankly, there's nothing wrong with staying up til 3:30 a.m., but then you should make sure you're up at 7 a.m.
