Stepedectomy operation done for my ear is failed I lost complete hearing?

Hi! I'm an Audiologist.
If stapedectomy was done, then you have a condition called otosclerosis. Unfortunately, there is a chance that the surgery won't improve your hearing, or that the improvement will not be 100%. These risks must have been explained to you prior to the procedure.
However, the procedure should not have left your hearing worse - that is a very rare complication; but the way you phrase your questions, it sounds like that is the case. Either way, I'm guessing that you've lost your confidence in the surgeon you chose for the initial procedure.
I highly recommend getting a second and third opinion -- and if at all possible, going to a University hospital with a large Otolaryngology program. You will probably need new imaging studies for them to examine the existing structures (how they obtain the images will depend on the type of prosthesis used).
You can have the revision, you can have the prosthesis removed (or not) and wear a hearing aid, or you can have a bone-anchored hearing aid (BAHA) implanted. The decision will also depend on the status of the middle ear structures and the amount of residual bone conduction (inner ear) hearing you have in that ear. There are too many variables for us to be able to give you specific suggestions.
There's lots of information on the web, and I'll give a few links to help you get started:
