I always think about things, what if this and that, and I always think something is wrong.from skin cancer to insanity to AIDS.its crazy really, and silly, but I just can't stop.

Answers:
I seriously am the same way and I have no idea how to control it naturally, I'm beginning to think we can't. I REFUSE to take any medicine and I just wish there was something else.

Sometimes the way we deal with stress is directly related to our diet, visit your doctor for info on healthy "brain foods" Good Luck!
Try to take a few minutes everyday for meditation. If you can't concentrate at first try 5 minutes and then gradually increase. You should be able to get control over your mind like that. Also, I would read the Bible. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind.
actually talking tto someone who understand helps, just let all out, and keep yourself busy that way your wont think about this things! they only hamper your your emotional growth
I know a lot of people will chew my head off for this answer. But I really don't care. Some of those symptoms are a signs of bi-polar (which I have) you should definetly ask your doctor about that and see if he can prescribe some stuff. If it's not bi-polar than ask him about anti-anxiety medication. As for stress, take a relaxing bubble bath of read a book. I say read a book, it gets you wrapped up in a book and off many subjects you might be obsessing over.
go to the doctor and ask them to put u on effoxer xr, it sounds like u need some sorts of slow down pills
Naturally, the only thing u can do is try to change ur thought process. When you start to worry, try to distract urself. It might not work at first but keep practicing. Remember every1 around u is ok and so r u. If you can afford it or can find a free place ,try to find a psychotherapist.
After dealing with depression, anxiety, and stress with all sorts of medications for decades, I finally got relief from St. John's wort, an over the counter supplement. I also quit using vegetable oil and margarine, replaced it olive oil and real butter, and started taking fish oil capsules. These are supposed to help with anxiety, but the effects are more subtle than the dramatic relief I got from St. John's wort for depression.

As far as your hypochondria, I'd suggest Cognitive Therapy or Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. The good news is that you can get much of it out of books rather than expensive therapists.
