anger issues?


i have anger issues and was wondering if people could give me some advice on how to control my anger.

Chronic coughing?

Exercise works very well to relieve stress and anger. Find something you really like to do (lifting weights, running, etc.), and do that any time you feel really stressed.

Try talking to the people you are closest to, as well. Let them know that when you get angry you need some space. Ask people to work with you -- you'll feel better knowing that your loved ones care enough to respect your space at those moments. :)

always take a very deep breath and slowly release it. the tension should lessen little by little. i dont guarantee your anger will go away... i'm just trying to share what i do when i'm angry and dont want to be.

why do I always wake up before my alarm clock?


Walk away from whatever is making you angry, and go back to it, when you've calmed down.
