Need help identifying a pill. Very small white tablet, imprint 1 side only; either II WN, or MN II. 11 or II?

Twice in your waking hours aka: when you get up and before bed

Can anyone say something helpful to me about this?

it's every 12 hours. that's about the half life of your medicine, or the time where it still has a great effect. that's why you have to take your medicine every 12 hours so it can maintain its effectivity.
