I would put a little prune juice in with their milk once a day to help when my oldest was a little constipated.
go to a doc immediately.this is not good for anyone least of all an infant

Without more information regarding age etc. I would suggest drinking prune juice. I have a handicap son who was constipated frequently and I would fill a syringe with about 10cc(2 tablespoons) and give this to him 2 times a day. He did not really like the taste so I used the syringe. Your child may like the taste. A natural cure is a lot better than a medication
I always used Karo Corn syrup (the clear kind) mixed with water, just like a tablespoon or so in a bottle. Also be sure to give baby water too during the day, constipation tends to bother little kids who don't get enough water to drink.
Try apple juice or applesauce. Stay away from bananas and cheese as it will cause constipation.
