Is it possible for 2 men 2 test postive (no relation) on a DNA test?

I'm sorry the first answer was so judgemental. It's an honest question, but everybody has only one set of DNA. If the two men are not related, the tests give 100% accuracy and hold up in a court of law. You have found the correct father!

With identical twins yes it can be the same but the chance of 2 other people is way to slim but not entirely impossible. Quit hoeing around and practice safe sex(get on birth control or something and you won't have these problems) Grow up and get responsible.
